Tesisin konumu çok iyi, büyük ve ışıklandırmali bir gölü olan bir parkın içerisinden geçerek şehir merkezine yuruyebiliyorsunuz. Temizliği de iyiydi. Park yeri olması da araçla gelenler için büyük bir imkan

Duvarlar çok ses geçiriyordu, yan odanın tuvaletinin havalandırması açılınca sesi bizim odayı rahatsız edebilecek kadar geliyordu odaya. Ayrıca bir su dahi konulmamış misafirler için odaya.
