Pros:

Food was very good. Plenty of hot water.

Cons:

Cleaning definitely requires improvement. The toilet had obviously not been cleaned after the previous guests. Filthy. Items advertised such as electric kettle missing from room.

Pros:

Location was a little out of the hustle and bustle of lakeside , but not too far in a taxi to get to that area when you want to.

Cons:

A little loud at nighttime with the bar being next door with music on.

I booked this hotel last minute after my flight from Pokhara was cancelled, and I was very pleasantly surprised. My room was comfortable and spotlessly clean, and the staff went out of their way to help—organising an early breakfast and making sure everything ran smoothly. Watching the sunrise from the rooftop terrace was an unexpected highlight. I also used the airport shuttle in the morning, which was efficient and hassle-free. Overall, the hotel offers exceptional value for money and warm, attentive service.

The property is exceptional ... u can see himalayan mountain . Absolotely good .. The Manager n staff are very down to earth . He helped us alot .. even though i was a little naggy .. becoz i wasnt sure about the funtion of the water heater . Its really value for money! Feel So Safe because of its Gurkha History
