Nothing at all.
Owner is very rude.
I waited 15 minutes outside waiting them to open the door. I called to order food but food was not available only prebooked meals and no information about that.
Television is there but not even single chanel working.
Poor bedsheets, no bathroom amenities, water flow very slow I waited 5 minutes to fill small container to wash my legs.
They charged me extra half day room charge because I was late for checkout by 4 hours.
I checked in at 6 am in the morning and I supposed to checkout at 6 am next day as per them however checkout time was mentioned 11:30.
They didn't inform me at all. 8 am they called me and told me I have to pay for 2 days because I extend 2 hours. Later during checkout I asked why they didn't inform me about that. So they charged me half day extra.
And I booked room for NPR 1674 but they tried to charge NPR 1710 I refused to pay then they charged me NPR 1678 for 1 day and 840 for half day total I paid NPR 2520.
And they refused to give me the bill also.
I like the location.
The owner was so rude, It was a hell of aN experience, You need to get back to the hotel before 10PM. Ridiculous
Comfortable room
The staff was kind enough to let us park our bike after we checked out from our rooms.
We were charged for the basic amenities that a hotel should provide us,like for tissue rolls, shampoo and water bottles . And the bedsheet should be changed everyday in a hotel. I think the hotel owner should definitely look after this.
