Pros:

The rooms were spacious and clean
The food was tasty

Cons:

The Air conditioning wasn't working great.
No actual hot water as mentioned
The lights were too less and very dim.
The charging points weren't working
Made us pay extra for air conditioning room stating it as deluxe but no deluxe facilities as such.

It was horrible.
Cons:

It was horrible exlerience. We found cockroach in bed in midnight.There is neither wifi connection nor T.V is working. The location of hotel is backward and hotel staff is also not cooperative.And the food is ok ok but price is too high. If you spend little more money you will get much more good hotel with good facilities.They even charge for water and the water provided is very much normal but price of water is very high.I don't suggest this hotel if you want to go for vacation.

Pros:

The owners were very sweet, accomodating and location was good! Will surely stay here when we come to Pokhara again. Very reasonable price aswell. We had to go somewhere for a day and they even kept out luggage at their place❤️

Pros:

The location was very close to the bus stop and the taxi stands. Despite being in the middle of the city it is very quiet and peaceful inside the rooms. The receptionist was very informative and knew about scenic locations normally not mentioned on the internet. Some of the rooms had an attached kitchen which helped us save money.

Cons:

This is just about the location. Most of the restaurants around the hotel serve thakala food, regional nepalese cuisine. This might be a great thing or not based on what a person prefers. Personally, we liked the cuisine.
