Ціна не відповідає дійсності у декілька разів...
Все дуже старе та стрьомне

Комната хорошо не убрана, пыль в шкафах, неприятный запах в туалете, пол в душе не вымыт налет, полотенца не меняют ежедневно( только пока сам не отнесешь) за 3 ночи прибывания в комнатах никто не убирал. Ресторан что есть что нет, ожидание долгое, цены высокие очень. Даже в сравнении с ценами в ресторане в Полтаве. Цена очень завышена за номер.

Я забронировала номер на 9е августа,через Букинг.
Набрала,чтобы узнать,все ли получилось, услышала ответ,что у них в системе сбой и этот номер уже забронирован до меня.На мою просьбу отменить бронь,мне сказали,что попытаются.
За два дня у них так и не вышло,мне никто не перезвонил.
В моем понимании это полное отсутствие сервиса.

Басейн грязний. Їжу подають більше двох годин. Сиру і не смачну. Кальян на найнижчому рівні, що я пробував. Категорично не рекомендую цей заклад. Кровать продавлена. Лежиш головою вниз. Не комфортно. І це номер категорії люкс.....

Погана вентиляція у ванній,дивним чином зачинялась двері-вихід до басейну.постіль за таку вартість номеру повинна бути сатин страйп,як в середніх готелях

This place is too far from the city center, the parking is just on the street and the mattress is uncomfortable to sleep on.

room heating was poor

The “best” place I’ve every visited in my life.
1. If you wanna have a vacation with your kids in a brothel , that’s your place.
2. The hairdryer in your bathroom is just for the design, you spend half an hour trying to figure out where to plug it in, but there’re no sockets in your bathroom at all.
3. People don’t need to charge anything in the bedroom as well, there’re just two sockets. One for the little fridge(with no freezer) and the other one for the kettle. Why would you ever need one by your bedside table? You’ve got ONE chair in your bedroom, so go take a sit and charge there.
4. No slippers, no trash-bin, no bathrobes in some rooms, and what would’ve I expected, of course no washing liquids.
5. But it’s not that bad, there’s one socket by the ceiling for TV. You might try using that, cuz TV’s got no signal for 90% of the time.
6. And try to find a good place to dry your wet bikini. I suggest doing it on the window. That’s the way you protect yourself from the loud music and mosquitoes. There’s only one which has got a mosquito protection net.
7. When you feel bad, you can try to relax in a Jacuzzi, it’s working from time to time. But make sure you don’t use it in the evening, cuz you won’t get hot water in this time. Or just go outside.
8. Aqua park is extra payed, same with bungalow. But you might be rich choosing this spot. Make sure not to swim too slow after going down the slide, even if you’re over 60 y. o. , otherwise the safeguards will scream at you. Same works for just standing in this area of the pool.
9. Go to the pool for adults swimming, but fast. Kids jump near you from all the sides, hope you aren’t scared of cold water.
10. You may want your kid to enjoy the slides. Don’t forget that the safeguards are doing their job great. So if your kid gets stuck on the slide and wanna just walk out, you’re gonna get a warning about leaving aqua park, even though the kid can’t hear your calling, same for him about swimming away from the slide slowly.
