Excellent
Pros:

Very clean and tropical feeling. Across the road from the beach. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay here again. Also a very nice pool. There is a new Italian restaurant right at the property. The owner was very nice.

Pros:

Buena ubicación, entorno agradable, instalaciones limpias, camas cómodas. Excelente lugar para descansar en contacto con la naturaleza.

Cons:

Pocos implementos en la cocina. En todos los lugares donde alojamos en CR había café, aceite, sal, esponja, toalla de papel y detergente de loza. Este lugar no cuenta con ello.

Location to beach and grocery store, bakery, fish shop & restaurants ! Safety

Cons:

Kitchen lacked necessities like salt & pepper, oil. No BBQ- though it says bbq area. No onsite restaurant. I would have preferred a couch to 2 chairs. As a family of 4, it was not comfortable to watch a movie. Should have plastic glasses to take to poolside.

Pros:

La ubicación es buena, cerca de varios puntos para conocer.
La playa que tiene frente es de arena oscura y tiene mucha piedrecilla.
Tiene una piscina grande que es buen remplazo si no quieres salir.
SI andas en Sedan se hace complicado llegar a algunos puntos, pero se logra. Siempre y cuando no este con lluvia o mojado el suelo. Se recomienda un auto mas alto.

Cons:

Por el valor del día que tiene la villa, debería incluir lavaloza y otros productos básicos si ofrecen cocina equipada. Y menos problemas para encontrar estacionamiento.

Limpieza, comodidad, amabilidad del personal

Cons:

Parqueo es limitado dentro de las instalaciones, entonces en muchas ocasiones toca dejar el vehículo afuera.
Además, no realizaron limpieza ningún día a pesar de que estaba estipulado en el formulario de ingreso. Dentro de las comodidades no había esponja y lavaplatos. El aire acondicionado de la habitación no enfría. Por el resto muy bien

Localización, la piscina muy bonita y limpia. Las habitaciones limpias

En recepción la persona que nos atendió con costos nos volvió a ver, nos nos dio ninguna información solo una hoja de reglas de todo lo que no se puede hacer (que son muchas) y un contrato con los precios de todos lo que te pueden cobrar si en la revisión del check out ven algún daño. No hay parqueo suficiente para la capacidad de hospedaje que tienen, al llegar al parqueo tienen unos carritos de supermercado para que lleves tus maletas hasta la villa y nadie te ayuda tampoco. Las villas no tienen ni siquiera suficiente número de tenedores o cucharas, no hay jabón para los platos y para los baños, en una villa de 4 personas, hay un diminuto jabón líquido. Solo hay sábanas, una por cama.

Es muy seguro, el personal es muy atento y amable. El hospedaje está bastante bonito y cumple con lo necesario

Cons:

Nos hubiera gustado tener jabón para lavar platos y esponja. Considero que es algo a considerar pero en general el hospedaje está bastante bien

Family of 4 enjoyed the place which provided comfort through the amenities offered.
Pros:

There was a stove, fridge and utensils. Therefore, you can prepare the meals you need and save a lot of money because every meal starts at 24 USD, 40 USD is pretty common.
Each of the rooms had its own air conditioning unit. Outside was 34c, you had 22c easily inside.
Pool was nice. Bed was ok. Very clean.
Units are not equipped exactly the same. For instance, my syster's had teflon coated pans, ours had steel pans. Hers had a washing machine. Ours didn't. Both had a drying rack, which is useful to dry clothes after visiting the beach.
We liked the beaches: Prieta beach (4/5), Penca beach (3/5), Playa beach (3/5) accesible by the Las Catalinas town, and Potrero beach (3/5). All of them are close. The Flamingo Marina is 15 minutes away. Look for the Marcosta fish market: Not only they provide fresh product, but they have boat tours and a floating deck rental.

Cons:

Cutlery was cheap. Light could have been made more cozy.
