Perfekt für kleine Familien, Paare und Geschäftsreisende als Ausgangspunkt für Berlin und Potsdam.
Pros:

Eine zweigeschössige Wohnung, verbunden mittels gusseiserner Treppe.
Schlafzimmer ist oben, Küche, Schlafsofa und Bad im Untergeschoss.

Cons:

Die Wohnung im Schlafbereich ist etwas warm, nicht klimatisiert

Wunderbare Lokation, tolle Nachbarschaft
Pros:

Die Villa liegt zwar an einer Hauptstraße, Straßenbahnhaltestelle direkt vor der Tür. Unser Zimmer war zur Straße, dennoch nicht wirklich laut. Wir haben jetzt bereits zum zweiten Mal dort übernachtet. Die Lage ist toll, bis zur Innenstadt sind es zu Fuß ca. 15-20 Minuten gemütlich gelaufen, 2 Seen sind praktisch in direkter Nähe, ebenso ein sehr sehenswertes Villenviertel. Die Abwicklung der Buchung, Zusendung des Zugangscodes etc. war einfach und problemlos. Parken am Haus sollte in den meisten Fällen machbar sein, sonst muss man in den Nachbarstrassen ggf. nach einem Platz suchen, doch des sollte eine seltene Ausnahme sein. Wir werden sicher wieder kommen.

Bis zum Zentrum und zum Hbf sind es etwa 20 Minuten zu Fuß
Parkplatz am Haus
Bäcker und Supermarkt in der Nähe
Reibungslose Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin

Morgens etwas laut aufgrund des Verkehrs auf der Berliner Str.

Elegant room but no breakfast and minimal service

Stylish, convenient location, quiet

Cons:

No breakfast available. There wasn’t really enough space in the tiny room to make your own breakfast or wash the dishes - there’s no kitchen. No room cleaning - I stayed from Monday to Friday and the waste bin was overflowing by the time I left. There are no staff on the premises, I had a code to enter the house. The breakfast dishes were changed on one day after I called the owner, but that was it. The towels were not changed during the week and there was no indication that this was available. As it was summer I could dry the wet towels on the window sill, but there really should be an option to change them. So the service is the absolute minimum and at this price, frankly I expected more.

das Haus hat eine gute Lage, fussläufig erreichbar ist das Holländisches Viertel in ca 20 Minuten, kostenfreie Parkmöglichkeit am Haus, Lademöglichkeit für E Autos in 200m Nähe.

Historische Zimmereinrichtung, liebevoll und geschmackvoll gestaltet und eingerichtet, sogar die Schlüsselübergabe hatte etwas herzliches. Kleiner Balkon. Zentrum ist fußläufig oder mit ÖPNV erreichbar.
Sehr zu empfehlen für einen Kurztripp, würden wir wieder buchen.

A good place to stay when visiting Potsdam. Convenient for Berlin using the S barn.
Pros:

Spacious except for the kitchen.

Small kitchen and having to negotiate the spiral stairs in the middle of the night.
