Super Lage, Preis-Leistung klasse!
Pros:

Zentral gelegen, 10 Minuten zu Fuß ins Stadtzentrum, Parkplätze im Innenhof vorhanden, großes Bett, Kaffeemaschine und Wasserkocher stehen zur Verfügung inklusive Kaffee und Tee, toll.

Cons:

Ich hatte ein Einzelzimmer, es war auch als klein beschrieben, was mich nicht gestört hat. Der Duschvorhang im Bad klebt beim duschen an der Haut, das Haare waschen macht da echt keinen Spaß, Zimmer ist sehr hellhörig.

Ein gutes feudal-gehobenes Wohngefühl mit viel Komfort.
Pros:

Das gelungene historische Ambiente. Ruhiges Schlafen an der Hauptstraße. Die sehr gute Tram-Anbindung. der Hauseigene Parkplatz. Die Nähe zum Hans-Otto-Theater und den Restaurants
nahe am Havel-Wasser. Schöner Ausblick von dort auf den See.
Ein sehr guter Ausgangspunkt für tägliche Erkundungen der Innenstadt oder anderer Sehenswürdigkeiten.

Cons:

Die fast durchgehend sehr schlechte Internet-Verbindung beim abendlichen TV-Empfang ! Sehr schade, dass es kein kleines Frühstück gab!!!

10 Punkte mit Sternchen
Pros:

Es hat tatsächlich alles gepasst. Die Lage ist fantastisch. Wir haben alles zu Fuß erkundet: Die Schlösser, die Innenstadt, die Museen und die Seen. Man hätte alternativ auch die Tram nehmen können. Direkt an der Unterkunft ist die Haltestelle.
In der Unterkunft fehlte es an nichts. Reizvoll war die Verbindung der klassischer Einrichtung des Schlafzimmers und der modernen Einrichtung von Küche und Bad. Betten waren super. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis bewerten wir als sehr gut. Wir bewerten Guest house Villa Fritz uneingeschränkt mit 10 Punkten

und legen noch ein Sternchen drauf

Pros:

Eine wunderschön eingerichtete Villa! Es ist alles wichtige vorhanden, mitsamt kleinen Aufmerksamkeiten wie Kaffee, Tee und Mineralwasser und ein paar Infos zu Potsdam und nahegelegenen Essensmöglichkeiten. Nur das Bad ist ein bisschen eng. Mit der Tram ist man schnell überall und auch zu Fuß ist es nicht weit ins Holländische Viertel oder den Neuen Garten.
