Excellent staff willing to help whenever needed
The dinner menu is all in Bulgarian so translation might be needed. Some of the staff speak only Bulgarian, but others speak enough English and/or Spanish

There is a horrible place
The family who look run this small hotel will look after you
Dirty bathroom and floor carpet. No variety at breakfast and the items available were of poor quality and not fresh
Brake fast is excellent room quiet staff friendly and handy for motorway
Nothing liked everything
Room was facing the back , very green view, Staff was trying to be helpful.
The hotel felt a bit abandoned, parking did not feel secure,
The breakfast
The room and the hotel area in general looked good but smelled bad. The bathroom was extremely dirty with hair on the floor. We only used it for the toilet and to wash our hands. I asked for disposable slippers and got used ones.

There was a wedding which lasted till the early hours of Sunday morning and we didn't receive any info on this. We definitely wouldn't have booked if we'd known. My gf said the hotel said they'd let everyone know, but I didn't get any correspondence and I made the booking and had no messages about it.
If anyone is staying the weekend, it's advisable to check with the hotel if there is a wedding or function going on, as it seems to be a big part of their weekend business.
