Sehr nettes, freundliches Personal. Aber es mangelt an der Sauberkeit.
Pros:

Sehr nettes Personal. Für uns sehr gute Lage, Restaurant fussläufig erreichbar und Hotel am Ortsrand gelegen, so dass wir mit unserem Hund direkt spazieren gehen konnten. Wasserflaschen kostenlos auf dem Zimmer verfügbar.
Da wir schon früh das Hotel verlassen mussten, gab es ein schönes Frühstückspaket zum mitnehmen.

Cons:

Leider mangelt es an der Sauberkeit, das Zimmer wurde nicht richtig gereinigt. In der Toilette waren noch die Spuren vom letzten Gast. Es gab auch nur ein dünnes Kissen im Bett. Für den doch hohen Übernachtungspreis erwarten wir was anderes.

Pros:

Ein wirklich empfehlenswertes Hotel. Waren im Schloss Arff zu einer Hochzeit eingeladen, von dort waren es nur 3,9 km entfernt. Einfach perfekt für uns.
Frühstück war ebenfalls sehr gut. Würde immer wieder diese Wahl treffen.

Das Frühstück war absolut hervorragend!😊 Die Dame im Service war überaus zuvorkommend, freundlich und herzlich. Dafür gibt es ein großes Lob.

Cons:

Aufgrund der fehlenden Klimaanlage war es im Zimmer sehr heiß. Ein technischer Defekt erschwerte die Situation zusätzlich: Am Waschbecken funktionierte das kalte Wasser nicht. Enttäuscht hat der Service, da man beim Rufen eines Taxis kaum behilflich war.

Bike friendly, comfortable and kind.
Pros:

I had such a lovely stay at this hotel!

I arrived exhausted having cycled 100km that day and the host immediately met me outside and helped me with my bags. There is safe bicycle storage in an underground garage on site and a bus stop opposite the hotel if you wish to catch the 5min bus into Pulheim town for dinner etc. The room was lovely, both the bedroom and bathroom were spacious and clean. The hotel is located in a super quiet area and the bed was very comfortable. The best night sleep on my cycle tour so far. The breakfast in the morning was really nice - loads of options available and all fresh. They even had scrambled eggs!

If you are near cologne and looking for a bike friendly place to relax and revive without the noise and stress - this is the one.
