Splendida location sulle sponde del lago sacro di Pushcar
Pros:

Bellissima location! L'hotel si affaccia proprio sul lago; al tramonto si può godere dalla terrazza dell'hotel il tranquillizzante paesaggio. Dall'hotel puoi passeggiare tranquillamente lungo i ghat e lungo la via principale che ti porta al tempio di Brahama. La nostra camera era spaziosa, bagno, asciugamani e lenzuola accettabili; uscendo dalla camera ti affacciavi sul bellissimo lago. Colazione abbondante e varia. Si può cenare discretamente nel ristorante dell'hotel stesso.

Cons:

Il bagno, la vasca in particolare, era un po' "fané" ma assolutamente accettabile!

Disappointing - it has a fantastic old building and great location but cpuld be so much better with some attention.
Pros:

Location - overlooking lake and easy access to town. Old building with history.

Cons:

Staff not very welcoming. Property very tired and a bit grubby. Bath facilities not very good (step in bath with shower head had to bend to get under)

I’d have stayed in a better hotel for a cheaper price. Management is ridiculous they don’t know how to run a property.

AVOID THIS PLACE !!!!

The food is not just bad, it’s offensively careless. Low quality, stale ingredients, and a complete absence of standards. It feels like no one involved understands or respects what food or hospitality are supposed to be.
The service confirms the problem. Guests are treated as inconveniences, not customers. No manners, no professionalism, no situational awareness. Just entitlement without competence.
This is clearly an ownership issue. The establishment reflects a narrow, mediocre, and deeply tacky mindset. There is no vision, no curiosity, and no desire to improve. Just complacency mistaken for confidence.
Dirty linens, ugly and poorly maintained tables, and an atmosphere of neglect seal the experience.
This place exists because it hasn’t been forced to do better, not because it deserves to. Save your money and spend it somewhere run by people with taste, intelligence, and basic selfrespect.

We have been cheated by booking.com. The actual room rent is quite cheap as compared we are charged.
