Pros:

Bilik sangat bersih, selesa dan kemas. Staf juga sangat mesra serta memberi layanan yang baik. Tempat parking turut disediakan, jadi sangat mudah untuk tetamu yang datang dengan kereta. Dalam bilik lengkap dengan kemudahan seperti sabun mandi, berus gigi, seterika dan hair dryer. Sangat berpuas hati menginap di sini. Pasti akan repeat lagi jika datang ke Putatan. ⭐

A great area with plenty of nearby facilities.
Pros:

The room is clean, the location is great with plenty of parking and easy access to food. Variety of food stalls are open every night just across the street. Many shops surrounding the area.There is also self laundry service next to the hotel. The staff were friendly and provided clear explanations during check in. The hotel has an elevator, which is convenient for elderly guests.

Cons:

The only downside for me was the glass bathroom door that cannot be locked, which felt unsafe as I have a young child who has just started walking. He could push the bathroom door and enter the bathroom on his own.
Other than that, everything was very good. I would give a score of 10 if not for this issue.
