This is our second time staying at Bombara. This time we took our kids 11/13.
We only planned on staying 3 nights. But we loved it so much here. We added another 4 nights on!
Bombara feels like our home away from home. And we are already planning on returning during the year!

We started in 2 separate rooms (which we loved). The beds are beey comfy. And the pillows we amazing. Better than our own!

We then moved to the residence. WOW. This was real treat! Own pool, living room deck that overlooked the surf break!

All of the staff were genuine and so kind!

I woke up very early one morning. And all the staff were outside on the beach cleaning and picking up rubbish. Super awesome to see everyone caring so much.

The breakfasts were yummy! And the restaurant served delicious food!

Cons:

Loved everything. If I could be fussy. Could have an portable fan up In the top room of the residence.

everything was good but the room condition spoilt the experience.
Pros:

The place and service is good. Food is good too considering the area of Bali it is located in. I like their staff!

Cons:

Poorly designed room such that exhaust fan is always sucking in humid air from the sea and also the air from the air con. The room is constantly humid and aircon could not dry the air due to the fan. The dehumidifier provided gets full in 4 hours and doesn't help in drying. Also the choice of air freshener used mixed with the surrounding air smell more like urinals than pleasant. I don't mean to be harsh but my stay was really unpleasant.

The perfect place to stay and unwind!
Pros:

This was our families second stay at Bombora. The location is perfect- right in front of the waves. Our room was great - the bed was very comfortable and always cleaned. The food was great - especially the breakfast. The best part was the staff - every single person on staff were friendly and genuinely cared about making our stay as great as it could be. We absolutely loved everything about our stay at Bombora and highly recommend it.

Excellently designed accommodation, perfect for a chill, no hassles stay, right in front of break.
Pros:

The location is amazing and is worth the price alone. Staring at the waves wrapping into the bay, watching surfers from pro to beginners, was all the entertainment vyou need.

Cons:

I would have liked the food to be more local. When I asked them to cook Tempeh Goreng (not on the menu), it was delicious. Nasi goreng needs work. And sambal is not tabasco :)
