The corridors smelt bad the chair had bodily stains on cobwebs on curling and squashed bugs on walls ceiling and window.

The price was appealing on the face it.
The receptionist checked us in efficiently enough, but we felt as if she was racibg back to her phone. The room was poor. Dirty bathroom, room was unbearable hot. The establishment clearly knew that the rooms were saunas and had left two fans. One didn't work, both covered in dust. There was a block of wood to keep the window open. People talking right outside the window until gone 3am. We skipped breakfast as we were so tired... and left. There was a man in the car park who was definitely snorting something in his car. That just about capped it of.

I blame booking.com for this review because it was recommended. In short it was awful. Young girl on reception wasn't showing any signs of being human. When entered room it was a shock. Blind was badly stained. Curtains were hanging off. Windows could not stay open and haven't been cleaned for months. There were cobwebs and loads of bugs caught up in them. Stains on woodwork. Toilet stained. Bath only had one tap working and when tried the other one. It fell off! The telephone in the room to ring reception didn't work and was filthy and sticky. Cushions had tears in them.carpet stained. This all made sense when I googled it the next morning. Its actually closing as planning has gone through for housing! The other 2 staff were very nice but felt sorry for them to have to work there still and put up with all the bad reviews and I expect the customers being angry. Booking.com should of advised . Im not going to use this website again after 10years plus of using.

Nothing. I didnt get to use the room. When I arrived I was told it was fully booked . When I tried to get my refunds back I didn't so what should I rate ??

Didn't look like the photos, not all staff could speak English. Breakfast was displayed in the dark.
