Cons:

Mouldy bathroom/shower cubicle. Had car stolen from car park overnight. Staff not interested or helpful missed breakfast due to calling police, no food then available. Left some toiletries that were posted back however

No breakfast staff not able to find

Cons:

More staff warmer restaurant less noise loud music until 11pm even though nobody there . Couldn’t go off until eleven pm our room right over music being played. Shower only over head high step to get in . Not rally assessable

Slightly dated could do with updating and a new mattress on our bed
Cons:

Big crack across the sink had problems with the tv bed not the most comfortable did not sleep very well and was advertised as breakfast included no mention of only continental breakfast

I was only there 12 hours, but it was pleasant
Pros:

It was nice and quiet, a beautiful view from my bedroom.
The room was clean and well presented. A lift up to the rooms and a restaurant on site.
