i think it's the best hotel in terms of location. Good standard room but a little old deco!!!

perfect location. The. experienced staff at the reception was very helpful. The room was good. Good standard. Breakfast was good. Lots of choices.

Cons:

Improve your baked beans recipe. Swimming pool is not great and also very dark and gloomy. Staff at the restaurant was inexperienced and not very friendly.

Nobody speaks English. The location is not good.

The reception staff were very polite.

Cons:

We made a reservation online for a 1 night stay at the hotel. We were making a reservation with breakfast included, but when we went downstairs for the breakfast floor, the Chinese lady in charge did not accept us for breakfast. We showed her our reservation details, but she said she did not know English. We had the English reservation written in Chinese translated, and this time she said she did not believe the translation. As a result, she did not accept us for the breakfast room. We refund breakfast fee from the place where you made the reservation at the hotel. It is not suitable for foreigners to stay. No one speaks a single word of English.

I didntlike anythink about it i reqularly come to qindao i just want to try new hotel i stay in guangzhou crown never same if this 5 star hotel that one is 10 star then

Excellent location and great hotel
Pros:

Size of the room was great. Working space in the room was more comfortable than meeting rooms of many hotels. Great city view. Room Service was quick. Breasfast was one of the best.

Perfect
Pros:

I checked in CROWNE PLAZA IGC IN June 2023 and since then and in my two more visits to Qingdao I kept this hotel as the best accommodation during my visits. The atmosphere is so friendly, so clean, so comfortable. Also you can learn alot about Chinese culture from most of the guests whom are Chinese.
