Pros:

praticamente tutto: dalla colazione alla cena, dalla posizione alla cortesia e disponibilità di tutto il personale, dalla pulizia al clima che in generale si respira in hotel

Cons:

mi sarebbe piaciuto avere il bidet nel bagno (anche se non è esatto dire che non mi è piaciuto, semplicemente sarebbe stato un plus)

Personale gentile, camera pulita, arredamento moderno, posizione vicina a una chiesa. La mia stanza aveva l'affaccio sul cimitero: un dettaglio davvero originale che non mi ha infastidito per niente, anche perché il silenzio era assicurato. La zona SPA è molto bella, con tante saune, una piscina piccola ma molto confortevole e la possibilità di fare una piacevole tisana. Ottime la cena e la colazione. È il posto ideale per famiglie e per single; inoltre, vicino c'è un supermercato per chi avesse bisogno di qualcosa.

Breve vacanza rigenerante a Racines
Pros:

L’ottima accoglienza, la gentilezza e la disponibilità dello staff.
La cura della pulizia della camera e degli spazi comuni. La sala da pranzo, spaziosa e arredata con gusto.
Belle e poco frequentate la piscina e la spa con un ampio angolo relax.
La colazione ricca e con prodotti di qualità.
L’ottima cena con un attrezzato buffet di verdure e non solo, un primo, tre scelte per il secondo non banali, il dolce e, se rimane un po’ di fame, anche il gelato.
Il servizio di noleggio e-bike a prezzi più che ragionevoli.
E, cosa apprezzata dai motociclisti, ho potuto lasciare in garage la moto.
In conclusione un ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo.

Cons:

Le bevande calde per la colazione potrebbero essere preparate direttamente dal bar e non affidate al distributore automatico.
Chiaramente ci sarebbero più tempi d’attesa ma la qualità ne gioverebbe.

Pros:

Esperienza meravigliosa andata ben oltre le aspettative. Hotel pulitissimo, staff di estrema gentilezza e disponibilità. I proprietari mi hanno conquistata con il loro sorriso e grande accoglienza. Trattamento in mezza pensione super consigliato. Piatti da ristorante di alto livello davvero squisiti. Luogo incantato e adatto al totale relax. Il parcheggio ampio e spazioso (gratuito) esattamente davanti all'albergo. La nostra camera con vista sulla montagna è stata davvero top. Pulizia giornaliera molto accurata comprensiva di cambio asciugamani. In ultimo la SPA (sauna, bagno turco, piscina, sala relax) è pulitissima e sempre in ordine con tanti asciugamani a disposizione degli ospiti. Ci si sente a casa, non vedo l'ora di tornarci :-)

Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Essen ist ausgezeichnet . Das Hotel ist ein besonderer Ort, wo man sich als Gast zu Hause fühlt. Eine absolute Weiterempfehlung.
