Their policy in which it is not mentioned that unmarried couples or 2 friends one is male one is female is not allowed to stay.
Room was filled with cigarette smell while opened.

Location of Hotel is very good. Cleanliness was also good. Overall good amenities. Only location will not help hotel to grow.
I am disappointed because of service of the hotel. Breakfast was not on time. Too many reminders for service calls. Reception people is not giving correct feedback. TV was not working at all. Remote controls are available and on demand also it took much time.
