Great hotel for family’s
Pros:

Easy to find staff were lovely the food was good and the pool was lovely and warm

Cons:

Dressing gowns for the pool would have been a fab touch

Lovely hotel, clean and comfortable , friendly helpful staff
Pros:

Location, easy to find and plenty of parking. Lovely comfortable room and bed and would recommend the breakfast.

Cons:

Okay for me, but limited level access due to the nature of the site and building.

relaxing would definitely visit again
Pros:

The hotel is beautiful,facilities were great breakfast layout & staff were very helpful dinner servers & Barr staff were amazing so was the food!

Cons:

We had the Luxury Superking room,I think maybe not used as often as it was a bit dusty on tables round the wood work the tv & there were some sort of sweets still on carpet as tho maybe not been hoovered also window ledges had some water on it due to condensation,other than that shower was amazing and bed was really comfortable had a good stay.
