All in all a very nice location with great options.

Cons:

The only complaint is about the temperature of the room. There seemed to be heating coming from somewhere and we couldn't figure out where it was from, so it was quite a warm night.

Belle piscine
Pros:

La piscine et le grand parking. Le hall d'entrée et son escalier ont du charme. Le personnel est agréable et disponible. Le dîner au restaurant est qualitatif et le service efficace et agréable.

Cons:

Les chambres sont un peu démodées et nous avons eu chaud en l'absence de climatisation (il faisait particulièrement beau lors de notre séjour).
La ville avoisinante n'a aucun charme.

Decent location not far from airport

Cons:

Very unhelpful staff (man in evening) after asking for soap and shower gel for my room since this ran out. They didn’t have any due to “environment reasons” this is unacceptable as a 4 star hotel standards should be better, secondly I paid £177 for one night really not worth it and no value for money!

Was extremely busy but there was an event on in Glasgow, so this is no fault of the hotel. So nothing really.

A bit of an odd layout with narrow corridors. Could do you with a makeover in the old parts of the building.

Exceptional service.
Pros:

Staff were lovely. Happy to answer any questions. Room was large and well equipped.

Cons:

The signage wasn't particularly obvious. I like a folder in the room with all information needed, (times and places) which wasn't provided. Listening to reception they were asked the same questions repeatedly.

Room was spacious and free parking. Access to the pool was great for the kids.
