Very disappointing
Pros:

Breakfast was reasonable, for a buffet style but also a bit chaotic.

Cons:

Found the property to be poorly maintained and very tired looking. Room was very small and not very attractive, especially at the price we paid, I expected more. Bathroom was modern looking but water pressure was awful so we could not enjoy the shower. Overall, everything felt a little grubby. Very disappointing.

Pros:

Location good, staff nice, decent choice for breakfast

Cons:

Cold in parts, single glazing, my velux windows dirty, a very tired looking hotel.
Fire alarm went off early morning, receptionist didn't seem concerned when asked
