Lovely facilities, underwhelming room.
Pros:

The spa was clean, it looked new. Lovely pool

Cons:

I was a little underwhelmed by our room. I paid more for a special room for our anniversary but it lacked grandeur, I felt like I was in an office although the space was good. Stained teacup, cups need to be bigger to make a decent size drink. Comfortable bed, and a good night's sleep.

Nice little hotel but, quite expensive for where it is
Pros:

The gym was well equipped.
The room was a good size

Cons:

The pool was tiny. The treatments were really expensive
The walls were really thin and could hear banging next door
The bathroom had black mould

Amazing hotel with exceptional staff
Pros:

The hotel is clean and well kept. Lovely atmosphere. The staff went above and beyond for my son’s birthday. We loved it so much we have already booked to come again.

Wife's birthday in Voco Reading ...
Pros:

Very Wonderful staffs, all round. The breakfast was fabulous, eat as much as u can deal with. Very good serenity. Shops just about 5min drive from the hotel. Loads of free parking space.

Cons:

All went well but our only problem was the mattress, not comfortable as it sinks in like a water bed when u lay on it.

Dreadful - nothing like what was promised on the website.
Pros:

Proximity to the football stadium.

Cons:

Very disappointed with the room. Booked a Presidential Suite - first room offered was awful with one small window. Second room offered was OK but NOTHING LIKE THE PHOTOS ON THE WEBSITE. The receptionist was all over the place - had no idea about my booking. Dinner was very poor - I left over half the main course. Ignore the website - this is not a good hotel and hugely overpriced.
