Clean , comfortable bed , easy access to Reading Train Station (£11 taxi ) , Dessert was excellent , room service , quiet. Leon at reception was really nice and professional.
Could not check out at 12pm pretending the hotel was full which was not true.
Location, staff were lovely and helpful and the whole place is just abit of luxury at a budget!
4 ev parking bays for slow overnight charging, I couldn’t get In a bay, as there was a car parked there which had been sat there all day not charging, I did tell the hotel as I was annoyed because I had to walk further down to the other chargers and pay £45 for overnight fast charge , I was not happy tbh.
It was clean
The noise coming from one of the entertainment rooms. It was very loud and made the bed vibrate and lasted till almost midnight.
Also, the presidential suite was really small for a presidential suite.

We were able to book a taxi from the front desk which literally came straight away!
