The only real issue we had was the shower was a nightmare, the temperature kept going from ice cold to scolding hot! No matter weather we had the dile on 1 or 10
If you want a bed to sleep in, and you're smashed, it's ok.
if you're sober look elsewhere, the bed has knives inside. The shower, if i can call it that, was a spray, on full. I hated coming back to this place and i worked my arse off. It has a bed and a fridge, best I can say
Location was good
Property was run down and grubby.
Just the location. Near to Reading University as we are attending our daughter's convocation.
1. The main door has no proper door latch.
2. The mini refrigerator/fridge not working from day 1 we check in.
3. The blind was broken here n there.
4. We were put in a room on the 3rd block which is far from the reception and got no telephone or intercom for us to contact in case of emergency.
5. No one to collect our baggage to the reception for check out.
6. There is no dining table. Incase a family checked in , there is a kitchen , u can cook but no dining table. Only study table.
7. Out of 5 heater only 3 are working. Do expect freezing cold if u stay during winter.
8. Over all, Sure Best hotel Christchurh road is an old hotel with everything old in the unit u are staying.
If u have more money to spend, please choose diffrent hotel n new hotel to stay.
