Good clean and comfortable hotel, nice welcome from host. Very comfortable bed.
Pros:

Excellent location for Roscoff ferry
Clean and modern room but would be better with tea/coffee making facilities
No view from room just an abandoned garden but ideal for what we needed and close to parking and Roscoff restaurants.

Très bon accueil, petit-déjeuner et literie parfaits !

C'était parfait : accueil sympathique et chaleureux, explications claires, chambre très propre, fonctionnelle et jolie, literie impeccable, serviettes en nombre suffisant, produits de toilette à disposition, télévision, petit déjeuner copieux, avec de bons produits frais, personnel prévenant et bienveillant, salle de petit-déjeuner vaste et jolie (nous on a mangé dans la véranda pour profiter de la vue sur le jardin). Voilà, on a tout aimé ! A l'origine, on avait flashé sur l'esthétique du bâtiment et à l'intérieur, tout était chouette, agréable, cosy et je dirais, presque familial, dans le bon sens du terme.

l'emplacement est bien, literie confortable mais chambre mal insonorisée et donc réveillés par les voisins le matin

Cons:

Il est dommage que les wc se trouvent dans la salle de bain.
Le petit déj à 12.50€ est très cher pour ce qui est proposé : jus d'orange n'est pas un jus pressé. Quand on veut un chocolat au lait, c'est la machine qui le fait donc le lait est très chocolaté.
Pas de variété au niveau des viennoiseries.
