Given that we paid £98 per night for bed & breakfast the food & facilities were better than I expected
Pros:

The location was good, the staff were friendly & helpful
the dining room was well set out & comfortably, it was disabled friendly & there was a large car park.

Cons:

The shower room & toilet was very small.

Lovely hotel
Pros:

There needs to be blinds at the windows or lined curtains as it was too bright in the early hours. No TV signal. Maybe a little shelf in the bathroom to put you toiletries. Breakfast was lovely and the lady on breakfast duty worked really hard and was happy to help you. The young girl in the bar was very friendly and made you feel welcome.

Pros:

Staff were very welcoming. Food was good. We had the chicken wigs and burger. Free breakfast in the morning which was good enough

Adequate place to stay when we were let down by others. Staff were helpful.

Das Personal war freundlich und bemüht. Das Abendessen war gut. Die Lage zum IWM Duxford ist sehr gut.

Cons:

Das Frühstück war rudimentär, Die Matratzen könnten mal ausgetauscht werden. Der Versuch bestimmte Dinge im Vorfeld über E-Mail zu erfragen ist fehlgeschlagen. Es erfolgte keine Antwort.

Basic, clean and fair
Pros:

Breakfast was good. They were flexible in meeting our requests. The rest was self service - coffee, tea, cereal, juice. Rooms were clean and uncluttered. Food menu was basic. Plenty of parking.

Cons:

Nothing really. It was basic, clean and did the job. The taxi cab service recommended by the pub/hotel was expensive and arrived late despite booking in advance.

Pros:

Very pleasant and helpful staff. Room recently refurbished. Room radiator, lighting and TV screen. Bedside tables. Largish shower. Very good cooked breakfast. Bathroom plumbing worked OK.

Cons:

Room: One very small rail with only four coathangers. No shelves. No WiFi in room.
Bathroom: Smallest possible basin. Curtain, not a door on the shower. No power point.
Room service was a bit amateur. Had to ask for second towel and toilet roll.
