Nothing at all.
I was robbed a phone and a room keys.
The people working there have no understanding of client service and safety. They don’t understand themselves. The guests are not understood on their requests.
They were not accountable for the robbery I had.
I don’t recommend it at all.
The facility was dirty, full of smoking people inside the building which shouldn’t be allowed.
I’m really disappointed!
Parking and location to get to work
Everything, place is dirty, no hot water and heating during the night, the place is smelly, smells of smoke and some places damp, my room had mould, wasn’t cleaned. Had to stay somewhere for a work meetings and it was awful wouldn’t recommend anyone staying there. Needs a good make over and environmental health to look into areas. Waste of money.

The stairs ! , hahaha only because of my own issues with mobility, when i booked 2nd time the staff made sure i had ground floor to make things easier

Nothing to like about the place
Not sure how this place is still on Booking.com. The rooms are old and dirty and smell of cigarettes. This was the biggest mistake a made staying here.

My room was allocated near the staff room, they have been smoking cigarettes all the time there, from early morning till late, corridor stinks smoke and smell was going to my room, when I reported it to staff he just smiled and said " what I can do?"... Disgusting. Maybe HSE or other controlling bodies
should inspect this place?

Chewing gum stuck on the wall. Shower trickled out took me about an hour to had a shower. Mould in the bathroom and all along shower curtain. Dust everywhere.
Bed was comfy and room was warm
Not up to a hotel standard...smelt of weed as you went upstairs and the shower was filthy..I had to sink wash.
Their was people smoking in the rooms and not standard cigarette. Best stay away
