اشكر موظف الاستقبال الاستاذ طارق الكثيري على اهتمامه بنا وتخليص الغرفه لنا باسرع وقت
انا حجزت وعند الوصول قامو باستقبالنا بضيافة العصير، ولكن قمت بإلغاء الحجز، وكان موظف الاستقبال جدا متعاون، وطلبت منه عند استلام طلبي للإلغاء، بأن يكون الغاء مجاني، ولبى طلبي بكل رحابة صدر وانا شاكر له واقدر له هذا الموقف الجميل.
سبب الغائي كانت ان الغرف قديمة ونحن يمكن متعودين على نظام الحمامات الجديد واثاث افضل من الموجود، ليس شرطا ان يكون 5 نجوم او 4 نجوم، ولكن ان يكون بسيط ومرتب وجديد ونظيف، اعجبني نظام الغرف خارجية مثل الشاليهات، ولكن ادعو من ادارة الفندق ان يقوم بعمل صيانة شامله للغرف من الحمامات والغرف والاثاث، والسنة القادمة سوف أكون اول المقيمين عنده، لان الفندق مع المساحة الحاليه جدا ممتازة ، ويمكن ان ينافس فنادق كثيرة

The location is good and it's inside the city of Salalah
they don't have a Smart TV for kids, so we can't open YouTube, and on the TV,, they don't have any kids' channels. Moreover, they don't have an inside lock for the main door of the apartment, I mean, kids can easily open the door and go outside.

Saeed was extremely hospitable and professional in his welcome, got ab upgrade to a suite which was very comfortable to have and has all the amenities needed. Breakfast is to order and decently prepared. A great stay for sure and even would be more so for families. The pool was also nice to have and gives a great aesthetic to the hotel.

Nice location and very helpful staff.
Hospitality was best and service was quick whatever we asked .
TV settings was in Arabic , my kid was requesting for cartoon or any YouTube or screen mirroring but unfortunately the helper staff couldn't change settings and do anything in favor. So keeping in mind when all nationality are coming to Stay english should be primary or atleast technician should be able to change .
