Gern wieder.
Pros:

Ruhig, mitten in der Stadt gelegen, entsprach die Pension allen meinen Wünschen.
Das Restaurant hält gute italienische Küche bereit.

Bewohnbar, aber für den Preis nicht zu empfehlen.
Pros:

Die Zimmer sind einfach und praktisch. Bei Anreise bei 34°C war der Kühlschrank der Gemeinschaftsküche defekt. Nach kurzer Ausrede wurde Abhilfe zugesagt. Diese kam 4 Std. später. Danke nochmal dafür.

Cons:

Das DZ (als EZ) hatte 2 total verschiedene Matratzen, auch unterschiedlich hoch. An der Steckdose in Bettnähe hing ein Kabel raus. Leider gab es keine Zahnputzgläser und in der Gemeinschaftsküche gab es nur 1 Kaffeetasse. Da kein Frühstück angeboten wird, war dies etwas blöd. Im Nachbarzimmer gab es eine Nachttischlampe, die ich mir geben ließ, da die Deckenleuchte zum Lesen nichts taugte. Es gab keinen Zimmerservice und der Müll wurde Mo. entsorgt. Da hatte ich den schon selbst runter gebracht, da die Fruchtfliegen im Bad hausten. Am einzigen Stuhl am Schreibtisch fehlte die Lehne. Schade, daß Haus ansich ist schön.

Dirty hotel
Pros:

Nothing. It was one of the most disgusting hotels I stayed during the last years. Very very bad.

Cons:

Very dirty, you get 4 keys, but you have to open only two doors, the keys are from the wring doors, everything is very dirty, but the host is the top of the horror. Very unfriendly, I was abused several times just because I came late at night and called the host to clarify where is the right door and why do I have four keys for two doors. The fact was, that one of the keys opened me a wrong door to the additional part of this pension, which was much worse, than the part, where I should sleep.
Empty bottles in the room, dirty floor, dirty beds, etc.
And on the morning I was abused again - and the host wanted to get from me 20 EUR because I called him in the night.
Never again!

Pros:

Very kind and helpful owner. Excellent communication. Pension is close to the motorway Berlin-Dresden.
