Pros:

Че е близо до центъра.

Cons:

В стаята липсваше кошче за боклук в банята и стаята. Завесата беше скъсана и стара. Имаше сешоар, който не работеше. Копчето на казанчето беше повредено.

Pros:

There is nothing to like about it!

Cons:

Terrible experience. I reserved a room for me and my two children, 8 and 12 years old. On the day of the reservation, we traveled more than 3 hours to the hotel. I had requested that I would arrive between 9:00 PM and 10:00 PM, but I was 15 minutes late. However, the reservation description stated that the opening hours were until 11:00 PM. We looked for how to enter the hotel, but we couldn't find anything unlocked and I contacted the phone number given to me in the reservation. After two short conversations, I was told that they wouldn't accommodate me because I arrived after closing time. There was a sign on the hotel door with opening hours until 11:30 PM, my reservation stated until 11:00 PM. So my children and I were left without shelter. I couldn't find another hotel in the area and had to sleep in a tent on the edge of town! Terrible person, terrible attitude, who left us without shelter!

Pros:

Nothing⁸

Cons:

No reception it was necessary to call to gain access initially. There were NO facilities in my olinion it should be rated as a guest house and not an hotel. The stairways in the castle towers were positively dangerous i guess there are no building regulations in bg. I didnt see any staff in my 3 days there. I could go but it,s taking my time with I suspect no effect whatsoever.

Pros:

Super lokacija, izdvojeno od buke a blizu centra. Hotel se zaključava i sasvim ste sigurni. Svaka preporuka.

OK for 1 night if you don't expect much comfort
Pros:

The price was OK, the hotel was empty during our stay so we felt relaxed in a quiet environment.

Cons:

The mattresses aren't in a good condition to sleep, in all of them you can feel the springs in your back. I can't really understand why the owner invest money in putting a modern TV in the room instead of buying new mattresses. The point of renting a room is sleeping in decent bed and this can't happen in this hotel.
Also the windows have no blinds and the curtains are just merely for decoration as they don't make the room dark at all.
The minibars didn't work and had a terrible smell inside of it.
