Pros:

Wir haben von den sehr freundlichen und stets hilfsbereiten Gastgebern (Familie Pföstl) schon am Anreisetag die Südtirol Guestcard organisiert bekommen, mit der wir kostenlos Busse und Regionalbahnen sowie einige Seilbahnen nutzen konnten.
Der persönliche Service war perfekt. Von Wünschen zum Frühstück bis zu Wander- und Ausflugstips haben wir jederzeit wertvolle Hilfe erhalten.

Wir haben nichts zu bemängeln!

Die Gastgeber waren sehr aufmerksam. Sie hatten tolle Ausflugstipps für uns bereit. Wir haben uns sehr gut aufgehoben gefühlt. Das Frühstück sowie die Aussicht beim Frühstück waren grossartig. Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber!

Das Hotel-Garni Ehrenfels ist ein Familien geführtes Hotel. Es hat einen tollen Anlage mit Pool. Das Zimmer ist schön, modern und sehr sauber. Das Frühstück ist hervorragend. Und das Personal ist sehr nett.

One of the best hotels I have ever stayed in!
Pros:

Wonderful, magnificent view from the balcony! Very clean and modern room, nice pool. Very friendly family that owns the hotel. It was hard to leave the hotel, we will definitely return!

Sehr schön eingerichtet, mit Balkon und alles sauber, Parkplätze waren vorhanden und ein großer Garten mit Pool, Frühstück war hervorragend, wunderschöne Aussicht und Nähe zur Bushaltestelle

Pros:

The cleanliness was outstanding. The staff went out of their way to make you feel welcome. Simple rooms, powerful shower. Breakfast was absolutely amazing, they even prepared gluten free for my wife..
Parking right outside the hotel was great as we drove from the UK.

Cons:

There is no water to drink in the room..
