Pros:

premetto trattarsi della seconda esperienza familiare in questo resort. Il personale è qualificato e professionale. La stanza ampia e moderna, con letti comodissimi. Si respira quiete. Notevole la piscina a sfioro e variegati i giochi per i bambini (ai quali, giustamente, non è accessibile la zona per soli adulti). Pasti abbondanti e qualità del cibo non comune.

Cons:

Essendo Pasqua ed avendo prenotato il giorno precedente, siamo stati collocati in una ala secondaria della sala ristorante. Pazienza per la vista parcheggio in luogo dei monti, ma a colazione non siamo stati serviti al tavolo. La sera, invece, nonostante il vivace affollamento, il cameriere si è palesato a più riprese, facendoci sentire meno isolati.

Tolle Tage in diesem Wohlfühlhotel. Die Zimmer sind geschmackvoll und modern eingerichtet. Das Frühstück ist hervorragend und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Das Gourmetmenue am Abend ein Geschmackserlebnis.

Cons:

Leider ist mein Mann am 24.12 krank geworden und konnte nicht die Wellness Einrichtung genießen😩

Pros:

Wunderschöner Infinitypool mit atemberaubendem Blick über Meran und in die Berge. Perfekte Wassertemperatur, um auch im Winter im Freien draußen sein zu können. Getränkeservice im Pool. Rutsche über 2 Stockwerke und eigener Kinder-Abenteuer-Pool. Essen perfekt auf die jungen Gäste abgestimmt!

Pros:

Vom Frühstück bis zum Abendessen hatte alles sehr hohe Qualität.
In allen Bereichen sehr freundliches Personal.
Eigenes Weingut.
Zwei schöne Innen-Außenpools.

Cons:

Für die Größe des Hotels ist der Saunabereich etwas zu klein geraten.
Im Ruhebereich fehlen Decken.
