Alles in allem ein sehr schönes Hotel. Über das Essen kann ich nichts sagen, da ich ohne Verpflegung gebucht habe.
Pros:

Die Aussicht war super schön😍

Cons:

Mir persönlich hat bei diesem schönen Wetter ein Aussenpool gefehlt.
Es ist etwas ringhörig.

Pros:

Die Lage war einerseits sehr gut gelegen, allerdings störte die tägliche Pestizidbe- spritzung. Diese Tatsache war leider insgesamt etwas hemmend.

Pros:

Außergewöhnliche Verpflegung ,sowohl das Frühstück als auch das Abendessen, einfach Spitze. Der Service in allen Bereichen beeindruckend freundlich. Der Blick vom Balkon einfach nur wunderbar.
Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt.

Schönes Hotel am Berg mit Aussicht und gutem Essen
Pros:

Die Zimmer sind groß, mit einem schönen Bad. Das Frühstück war sehr gut, frisch mit einer tollen Auswahl - alles was man sich wünscht. Auch das Essen am Abend ist abwechslungsreich und kreativ. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich.

Cons:

Der Essbereich wirkt etwas ungemütlich. Raumteiler für mehr Privatsphäre würden vielleicht helfen. Das Hallenbad ist sehr klein und es gibt draußen nur wenige Liegen, die allerdings nicht vom Poolbereich aus erreichbar sind. Auf der Dachterrasse könnte man auch liegen, leider ohne Sonnenschirme.

Pros:

L’hotel è fuori dalla confusione di Merano ma a 10/15 minuti di strada. La camera era molto accogliente e aveva una vista pazzesca sulle montagne. Buona la colazione, buffet contenuto ma di qualità e completo

Cons:

Unica pecca, se così si può dire, è stata la mancanza di un bollitore in camera. Per il resto tutto perfetto

Pros:

Das Hotel ist einfach fantastisch! Man fühlt sich von Anfang bis Ende von Herzen willkommen und stets liebevoll und herzlich betreut. Alle Wünsche wurden uns quasi von den Lippen abgelesen. Die Atmosphäre ist sowohl im Personal als auch zu den Gästen gleichermaßen warmherzig. Dazu kommt, dass es eine Küche gibt, die kaum zu übertreffen ist!

Cons:

Es gibt nichts zu bemängeln!

Wir kommen gerne wieder nach Schenna
Pros:

Das Hotel ist neu renoviert, insbesondere die Zimmer. Wir hatten einen schönen Balkon und eine tolle Aussicht auf das Tal. Die Größe der Zimmer ist gut. Parkplätze am Haus.

Cons:

Das Frühstück und Essen im Hotel war zu teuer. Die Preise waren offenbar ein Betriebsgeheimnis und mussten an der Rezeption erfragt werden. Das war uns zu blöd. Ausserhalb konnte man günstiger essen bei flexibler Auswahl. Vom Spa-und Sportbereich sollte man nicht zu viel erwarten.
