Pros:

Sehr schönes familiär geführtes Hotel. Das Essen war ausgezeichnet. Die Lage spektakulär. Wellnessbereich sehr schön und großzügig angelegt.

Traumurlaub in einem der besten Hotels von Südtirol
Pros:

Super netter Empfang durch die Hotel-Chefin persönlich !
Ich bekam ein Zimmer-Upgrade mit tollem Ausblick.
Der Spa-und Wellnessbereich ist absolut Spitze und es wird auf Sauberkeit größten Wert gelegt.
Das Frühstück war unübertroffen spektakulär, ebenso das Menü am Abend.
Großes Kompliment an alle !
Das Blumenhotel trägt seinen Namen zu recht.

Tutto tranne che pet friendly
Pros:

Unica nota positiva: le camere, ristrutturate e pulite. Per il resto, servizi inesistenti, spa che apre solo alle 15:00, personale scortese e poco disponibile.

Cons:

Abbiamo soggiornato al Baumgartner’s Blumenhotel per due notti a Ferragosto con la nostra cagnolina (barboncino nano di 3 kg). L’hotel si presenta come “pet friendly”, ma la realtà è ben diversa: i cani non hanno accesso a nessuna area comune, né al ristorante né al giardino. Nonostante i 15€ al giorno richiesti per il cane, non viene offerto alcun servizio (nessuna ciotola, nessuna accoglienza dedicata, nessuna possibilità di stare con noi durante i pasti).

Al primo giorno di colazione ho provato almeno a prendere un caffè con la mia cagnolina, ma il personale mi ha letteralmente cacciato dalla sala in modo scortese e maleducato. Questo ha reso l’esperienza ancora più spiacevole.

Avevamo inoltre prenotato due cene (40€ a persona, totale 160€), ma siamo stati costretti a rinunciarvi perché non era consentito tenere con noi il cane. Nessun rimborso è stato riconosciuto, con la scusa che avrebbe dovuto farsene carico Booking.

Per cercare almeno un po’ di relax volevamo prenotare due massaggi in spa, ma per entrambi i giorni ci è stato risposto che non era possibile organizzarsi, senza alcuna flessibilità o attenzione verso i clienti.
In paese ci sono hotel che offrono molto di più allo stesso prezzo e con un’accoglienza decisamente migliore.
