Pros:

Great location right next to the park. Easy walk to the downtown area and on to Odori Park. Laundry facilities were reasonably priced and clean. Staff was friendly and helpful.

This hotel is not too far from a train station
Pros:

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room is basic and the bed is firm like most Japanese beds. The room even had a small table and two chairs. The breakfast was fine and had both Western and Japanese options.

Cons:

We would prefer a slightly softer bed.
