Two years running a nightmare!!

Breakfast not available.

Cons:

No one available to let us into the Hotel although I had received an email to collect keys from a Concierge, the Concierge knew nothing about that. They located the chef who let us in.. At one point no hot water. The hotel appeared empty and apart from the chef we saw no one else . This is the second year running the Hotel has ignored my booking and left me wondering where I would be sleeping! I won't be using Au Bon Gite again.

Pros:

Hôtel restaurant à découvrir absolument si vous êtes dans le coin de Senones. Tout est cuisiné maison avec soin et digne d’une cuisine semi-gastronomique à un prix plus que raisonnable. Cet hôtel est d’une propreté remarquable et le personnel a l’écoute de ses clients.

Good place to stay if touring the region
Pros:

Location was ideal for our visit to the region.
The evening meals were excellent. The restaurant deserves to have more recognition.
Ease of parking.

Cons:

Bed were very noisy when moving about and disturbed the other occupant but comfortable. Limited places to put clothes in the room. Tea/ coffee maker would add a bit of luxury.
