While we loved the location and the fabulous room which was huge and very clean, some small, easy to fix repairs would b

The property was in a fabulous location and very clean.

Cons:

Our room was on the top floor, directly underneath the plunge pool which was great location wise but as there were loads of unsecured floor tiles it was very noisy when anyone was walking above. Also quite dangerous to walk on.

Un accueil limité entre 9h et 17h et un contact uniquement par whats app
Nous y sommes restés 2 nuits et n’avons aperçu quelqu’un à l’accueil uniquement le matin du départ pour lui rendre les clefs
De plus nous avons dû faire nous même les formalités d’administratives par whats app avec menace que si nous la faisions pas nous n’aurions pas à l’accès à l’hôtel et à la chambre ( notre arrivée était prévue après 20h) Nous n’avons pas compris pourquoi ça ne pouvait pas se faire le lendemain matin alors que toutes nos infos perso adresse etc sont sur votre site. Sur un airbnb c’est acceptable mais sur un établissement qui se dit «  hotel »
Ce n’est pas acceptable.
Enfin nous avions la chambre du bas du RDV qui donnait sur la rue et avons été très gênés la nuit par le bruit de la VMC de l’immeuble d’en face . Le bruit de ventilation se projetait directement sur les fenêtres de la chambre qui n’étaient pas assez insonorisées.
Enfin appeler «  petit déjeuner compris « 
une breakfast box cachée dans un frigo qui était masqué par une porte en contreplaqué ne nous a pas paru à l1 hauteur de l’établissement Nous venons de découvrir la photo de la box sur le site que hélas nous n’avions pas
Vu avant de réserver . Si ça avait été le cas nous n’aurions pas réservé

excelente ubicación y tamaño de las habitaciones.
Pros:

La flexibilidad del hotel, ya que tube un error en mi reserva y me lo pudieron arreglar, la ubicacion (mejor imposible) , tamaño de la cama y baño., pequeño gimasio pero con cosas muy funcionales, terraza con vistas al barrio santa cruz.

Un hotel encantador en una ubicación inmejorable.
Pros:

La ubicación es excelente y tanto el hotel como la habitación están reformados con un gusto exquisito.

Cons:

Algo muy tonto, pero esencial y fácil de solucionar es que en el baño no hay suficientes ganchos ni perchas para colgar las toallas usadas - especialmente las de las manos.

Beautiful historic spanish property in superb location. I
Pros:

Beautiful 150 year old accommodation. Stylish and roomy.
Beds exceptionally comfy
Air-conditioning and fan superb
Needed more pillows and got them - no problem.

Cons:

No fridge in room or drink making facilities
Had to use central drinks area which was inconvenient in the morning in night clothes
Not enough clothes hangers BUT did get more from reception

2* small hotel good value for 2-3 day short stay
Pros:

Excellent location. Comfortable room with air con. Weights and workout mats. Roof top terrace and pool (cleaned daily). Tea & coffee machine complimentary. Nice artwork on walls

Cons:

Small very basic gym equipment that was in disrepair ( rower and bike , should not be in use. We used the mats and weights. Steep metal stairs to the pool.
