Très bon séjour
Pros:

La literie, la salle de bain, la terrasse sur les toits de Séville avec la Giralda en fond et pour finir le personnel très agréable et aidant.

Cons:

Le seul point négatif c’était un léger odeur a enfermé dans la chambre et les sols des terrasses très inestables et un poil dangereux.

Ottima struttura in centro! Qualità/prezzo ottima!
Pros:

Struttura pulita in centro, a due passi da tutti i monumenti ed alla vita di Siviglia. Particolare nell’arredamento e nella cura delle stanze. Da sistemare il riscaldamento/raffrescamento!!!!

Cons:

Non ho nulla da segnalare. Per essere pignoli potrei segnalare la doccetta nella doccia rotta, ed ovviamente manca il bidet, ma siamo in Spagna

El trato del personal llegue enferma ybla recepcionista rápido me ayudo a localizar una clinica donde me atendieton muy bien. El hotel muy limpio, tranquilo y acogedor. Muy centrico y cerca de todo. Cama grande y comoda.

No recuerdo que no me gusto.

The hotel is very clean and the staff are very pleasant and helpful.

I had to postpone my trip for one day because all trains were cancelled after the train accident, and the staff was with me through whatsapp and managed to postpone my non refundable reservation very smoothly. The location is very good minutes away from the cathedral and the Alcasar.

Cons:

Nothing. All were value for money and the room in the last floor was spacious and comfortable

No window, no hot water, different room bad experience
Cons:

They gave us a different room what i booked. When i said this they said hotel is fully booked so they can’t do anything. There wasn’t any real window in the room and room was super cold. And after i took shower there wasn’t hot water for shower in the morning. Quite bad experience overall and i would not recommend at all.
