расположение просто супер! очень понравился сам номер, прекрасные завтраки, всегда есть русскоговорящий персонал. Завтраки с видом на склон, еда разнообразная: местные сыры, масла, лепёшки, варенья были прекрасны, готовили омлет и разные виды яичниц. в комнате тепло, есть жалюзи, плотные шторы. Соседей не слышали, хотя было полное бронирование отеля. Отдельное спасибо за завтраки, которые нам собрали с собой, тк мы выезжали рано (до завтрака)

двери слабоваты и было слышно людей, которые шли по коридору и разговаривали. Заказали обслуживание в номер, принесли красиво сервированное, все было вкусно, но одно из блюд было плесневелым.

Удобное местоположение, из отеля напротив подъемник -это самое главное! Персонал внимательный к просьбам, быстро все решал, довольны. Понравился ресторан на 2этаже, приемлемая цена, готовили очень быстро и вкусно. Даже не пришлось ездить в Курсары на ужин, цена-качество устроило. Утром тут проходят завтраки - все отлично, голодными не останетесь. Были в 3* и 4* этой сети (специально для сравнения) —понравились оба размещения! Каждый отель соответствует своей звездности. На следующий год по-возможности вернемся обязательно! Очень повезло в начале марта с погодой, остались только яркие впечатления. Трассами довольны, на подъемниках не стоишь в очередях, все внимательные, помогают. Снег до вечера, даже внизу сухой, нет ,, каши,, даже на солнце. Это то место, куда хочется вернуться. Да, очень порадовали цены на подъемник и инструкторов для детей.

Потрясающее место! Чистота, уют и невероятно приветливый персонал. Чувствовали себя как дома. Здесь лучшие горки. Завтракаешь и смотришь на прекрасные снежные горы. Огромная благодарность тренеру! Поразительно, как быстро дети освоили лыжи и уверенно поехали. Настоящий профессионал, который знает подход. Обязательно вернемся снова!

Absolutely brilliant – an excellent ski trip with great slopes and comfortable accommodation.
Pros:

I stayed here for a week for skiing and everything exceeded my expectations. The ski pistes were perfectly groomed and suitable for all levels – from beginners to more experienced skiers. The lifts, including the chairlifts and gondola, are in excellent condition and feel almost new. The accommodation was comfortable and enjoyable, and the restaurant offers a great variety of traditional dishes.
There are also plenty of other activities available, so it’s not just about skiing – there’s always something to do. Overall, everything was very well organised and made the stay really pleasant.

Cons:

The WiFi was a bit unstable. Sometimes it disconnected and was difficult to reconnect.
