Top notch casual hotel with great service
Pros:

Good location for arriving by Amtrack on the First Hill streetcar line. Walking distance to downtown and Capitol Hill restaurants and bars.

Standard rooms are very comfortable and spacious for 1 or 2 guests. HVAC modern, fairly quiet and easy to use. Room facing courtyard was quiet. Everything is clean and well maintained, and even the contemporary decor was pleasing. Staff is professional, helpful and unobtrusive. Very satisfying experience.

Cons:

Standard bathrooms are functional and well maintained, but a little crowded where the towel rack, toilet paper dispenser and shower entry all come together. There was daytime construction in the lobby which was inconvenient because one of the twp elevators was not available.

we came to visit seattle u and the convenience was unmatched.
Pros:

great experience overall.
super comfy room
great sunrise
even tho there were renovations - everything was great and staff helpful and friendly

would have appreciated water bottles in the room

We’ll be staying again!
Pros:

The location is perfect to visit our son at Seattle University. It has a nice restaurant in the lobby. It’s always so quiet.

Cons:

Wish the restaurant was open later than 9pm we dont usually get back from games until 10pm.
