The staff were very friendly and accommodating, the lobby was welcoming, the room had a fridge AND a microwave, and a restaurant is attached to the building.
Service was great! Everyone was so sweet, and room was excellent!!
Decor and comfort
Value of the room
Parking very expensive.
Great location and the room was very comfortable and clena.
The room was expensive, but that seems to be the case for all hotels in Seattle.
Front lobby was so rude and made our check really difficult especially because we had our babies and they were just so rude
Property was great
Older but clean and nice with a restaurant and bar near. Nice soaps and products . Great helpful staff with knowledgeable with public transportation.
A bit far from statium and downtown.. but with uber or public trans.. it worked, we were just prepared. Staff helped a lot
Great location and lots to do in the area
It’s a bit on the pricey side.
I would like to acknowledge Vangie, Kimberly and Gui for their exceptional customer service during my stay. I would like to spotlight Vangie as she went above and beyond what was expected in helping me with an urgent situation. She was extremely patient and very kind in helping me. Overall everyone at Silver Cloud hotel Seattle- Broadway should be commended for their excellent service. Again thank you Vangie!
I enjoyed the hotel it was clean and comfortable. I did think they should provide complimentary bottled water in the rooms. This are has a high level of homeless population all day and night. As woman traveling alone I was not comfortable going for a walk or a coffee. I realize this is in not SilverClouds control, but I will not stay here again due to this.
Close to the venue. A really good location with food, and other activities. Easy access to public transportation. Service was friendly, the ambiance is comfortable. As for value, all hotels are expensive, but this one was in the right place.
We stayed here for one night before boarding our cruise the following day. As we were planning to spend most of our time exploring Seattle, we were looking for somewhere comfortable and well-located without spending a fortune.
The Silver Cloud Hotel – Broadway is tucked away in one of Seattle’s neighbourhoods and has a welcoming, well-presented lobby. Our room was a good size, clean, and had everything we needed for a one-night stay. We were in a street-facing room, so there was some traffic noise, but nothing too disruptive. The check-in staff were friendly, welcoming and attentive throughout.
The biggest downside was the price. This is, in our opinion, a solid 3-star hotel, perhaps a low-end 4-star at best. Typical rates appear to be around £200 per night, but because we stayed in June during the World Cup, we paid an eye-watering $659 (£469) for a single night.
We appreciate that hotel prices fluctuate with demand, but this felt excessive. The hotel had been showing as fully booked until just a couple of days before our stay, when more rooms suddenly became available at lower rates. While that’s simply how dynamic pricing works, it did leave us feeling that we had paid far more than the experience warranted.
Overall, it’s a perfectly pleasant hotel with friendly staff and a convenient base for exploring Seattle, but at the price we paid, it simply wasn’t good value for money.
Came to visit family a few blocks away. Love the location as there is so much to do at night within walking distance. Extremely friendly staff and very accommodating. Will definitely be back.
