Cons:

הבריכה לא באמת חוממה. בחוץ היה קור של 8 מעלות. המיים היו בטמפרטורת החדר.
המקלחת זוועתית. חור הניקוז נמצא באמצע חדר האמבטיה. בפועל החלחול אליו איטי. והחדר הוצף. המכשור פרימיטיבי. אין דוש. צריך להחזיק את השפורפרת ביד. הצינור דולף.

Pros:

Обслужването беше прекрасно, стаите комфортни, а механата предлага наистина вкусна храна и разполага с доста богато меню от местни специалитети. Закуската предлагана като опция също си струва.
Локацията е чудесна ако искате да обикаляте района на Смолян.

Cons:

Леглата бяха малко малки, ако вземете стая с отделни легла.
Wi-fi се губеше на места, но нищо фатално.

Pros:

Прекрасно хотелче, отзивчив и много добър персонал. Кухнята е много добра, посетих го за втори път с приятели, със сигурност няма да е последен.

Cons:

Единственото което не ми хареса, беше резервацията и двете вечери на маса в ресторанта, без да се съобразят с факта, че сме пушачи.На терасата имаше 4 местни маси които бяха свободни и можеха спокойно да се съединят, но беше по-лесно да се каже, че места на терасата - няма!

С удоволствие бих отседнала отново в Хотел Узунски.Препоръчвам!
Pros:

Тишина, прекрасен въздух и простор. Красиви гледки от терасите. Богата и вкусна закуска от пресни продукти и напитки. Менюто в механата е много разнообрано и отлично приготвено. Чистота и уют. Отзивчии, сърдечни и коректни хора от персонала. Престоят надхвърли очакванията ми.

We had a great stay - nice, clean and comfortable room with everything needed, balcony with a great view, amazing food at the restaurant and friendly staff. 100% recommend!
