Очень хороший отель
Pros:

Мне понравилось почти всё. Я не знаю, почему некоторые люди оценивают этот отель слишком плохо. Это очень хороший четырёхзвездочный отель за очень приятную цену. В городе Бандунг есть и другие четырёхзвездочные отели, но цены там выше в 2-3 раза.

Cons:

В комнате отсутствовала вешалка, чтобы просушить одежду. Нет телевизора smart TV.

My favourite hotel!!!
Pros:

I've been staying at this hotel for two weeks now.This is a very long period of time. Unable to find a four-star hotel in Bandung or its suburbs with such affordable prices as this one. The rooms are comfortable and cozy. Excellent breakfast. Gorgeous pool. There is an opportunity to train in the gym, play ping-pong and tennis.

Cons:

I like everything here, but I would like to see a smart TV in every room, not just in the superior rooms. Dear hotel management, please heed my recommendation. Even so, I still rate this hotel a 10.

Pros:

Больше всего мне понравилось соотношение цены и качества предоставляемых услуг. Я не знаю ни одного четырёхзвёздочного отеля, где есть столь приятные цены.

Cons:

Это четырёхзвёздочный отель и было бы неплохо, чтобы во всех комнатах присутствовал телевизор с функцией smart TV.

I've been living here for 2 weeks now. Wonderful hotel!
Pros:

I read the comments and was incredibly surprised that many hotel guests, especially from the Netherlands, gave this hotel poor ratings. Don't listen to these self-righteous pigs. Sutan Raja is a wonderful hotel with an exceptional level of service. The breakfast is top-notch. The hotel grounds are spacious, with lots of tropical plants. Excellent swimming pool, tennis court, table tennis. Dear hotel management! I think I deserve a discount because I've been staying with you for two weeks now! 😁✨💰♥️ 🥳

Cons:

I would be happy if I could watch smart TV here instead of cable TV.

Séjours des plus agréables !
Pros:

La facilité d’accès, avec un grand parking extérieur .
L’hôtel est grand avec une très belle piscine extérieure, ainsi qu’un court de tennis et un emplacement pour volleyball ! La salle de gym, spacieuse, est très bien équipée avec du matériel haut de gamme .
Le restaurant offre une bonne variété de plats à la fois Indonesien et western .
Le petit déjeuner est vraiment complet avec un excellent choix d’aliments mixte local/western !

Cons:

Le manque de borne de recharge pour véhicule électrique, heureusement qu’un autre grand hôtel, à proximité, permet l’utilisation de ses trois bornes !

Kamarnya luas, bersih.. dan lengkap.

Cons:

Ada satu kamar mandi yg lampunya kedap kedip. Anak² kena charge lagi saat sarapan. Biasanya di hotel lain kami tidak pernah kena charge walaupun misal pesan 1 kamar. Dgn 3 anak. Ini padahal kita pesan 2 kamar executive pula

Pleasant stay. Not much to complain about. The hotel suits its name ..elegant and good facilities. The staff are good and welcoming.

Cons:

The hotel and main road are about 200 meters In the distance . Those without transport have difficulty going out even to buy instant food or drinks. No indomaret/Alfamart nearby unless you have to walk a bit further. Try to get e-hailing services, some of them refused or cancelled the booking.

Can be better.
Pros:

Large but very quite place, with good breakfast.

Cons:

Dinner was bad and expensive. No nearby, on walking distance restaurants.
The pool looks good, but the water was too cold to stay long.
