They attended to our washroom shower complaint immediately. Rooms are clean and housekeeping is good. The staff also arranged an early pickup. Staff and security behavior was good, and they provided correct guidance.

Cons:

Rooms are good, but there is no family restaurant. Food is served in the common area with a bar, which is not suitable for families on religious trips. Breakfast is poor — no variety, no fruits or cornflakes.
