We stayed here for one night before headed to Costa Rica Guesthouse in San Jose. I accidentally posted my review for this place under Costa Rica guesthouse due to severe jet lag. I loved Costa Rica Guesthouse!!! If you ever need the perfect place to spend the night or two in between travels, COSTA RICA GUESTHOUSE IN SAN JOSE IS RATED A 10 FROM ME. THIS PLACE IS A 3.

Cons:

There wasn’t anything I disliked about Costa Rica Guesthouse. My husband and I met a pal there and we all had comfortable rooms and a good experience.
As for Blue Iguana. If you spend $20-$40 USD more than the $60USD we paid here and stay on the main road, you will find a room that doesn’t look like you’re living in a closet.
