The setting of the property, room was very spacious and modern, grounds were very well maintained
The pool bar vibe was non existent, same song playlist on repeat all day everyday. Happy hour was too restrictive, had to order exactly the same cocktail to avail even though the price was exorbitant, $20 for two very low level cocktails. For a “lux” style hotel you would expect way better range of bar service and upscale, even the glasses were disappointing
Grand view spacious riom
Room large but seemed too empty. No water in room. Very steep terrain and stairs
Das Personal besonders an dee Poolbar (Alfredo) war sehr freundlich. Das Tuna-Tartar war sehe gur! Die Zimmer waren überdurchschnittlich gross und sehr sauber.
Die Zimmer haben sehr viel Fenster - man fühlt sich etwas ausgestellt. Zudem gab es im Zimmer keinerlei Aufhängemöglichkeiten für Kleidung. Das war etwas verwirrend.
die Lage und die Aussicht waren super! In wenigen Minuten zu Fuss am wunderschönen Playa Carrillo. Herrlicher Pool und schöne Terrasse vom Restaurant. Die Zimmer waren gross und sauber.
Zimmer hatten nichts liebevolles oder gemütliches. Keine Haken im Bad für Handtücher. Terrasse schattig. Beim Frühstück war leider weisses Toast das einzige Brot.
The person at the reception was very friendly and helpful. I am afraid I cant remember his name but I was there from 23 to 25 of January if it helps the hotel for feedback.
Room was great and very spacious.
Location is amazing as its a short walk to the beach and a 15m drive to Samara if you like to see more options for restaurants and shops. Playa Carillo is very similar to Samara, but just quieter and with no shops, just some vendors by the beach.
The swimming pool has a great view of the beach and its big.
I would definitely come back. Even though we only stayed two nights, I can see me spending there an extended holiday.
Its not that I didnt like it, but as the booking didnt include breakfast so we ended up going to Samara to try options there (which were great!)
The location, accommodation, beach access, pool, breakfast, and service.
It’s a bit hilly and may be challenging for older folks. We take our time and remember that we’re getting exercise!

The beach. Short drive down the mountain, easy parking, beautiful sunsets.
Deck. I had ocean view, and I could see it if standing on the hot tub (see photo).
Three flights of circular stairs, no elevator.
Only two bar stools on the deck when I arrived, no other seating. I had them bring me a chair and table.
High wall around deck. No view, felt closed in and dark.
