Quiet and convenient, but some room features need improvement.
Pros:

Nice place for introverts – quiet, peaceful and with very little contact with staff. Communication by email was fast and constructive. All information can be found in the app. Excellent parking next to the door. Breakfast must be arranged in advance and is brought to the room. Delicious sandwich.

Cons:

The slanted ceiling above the bed was so low that I hit my head several times, and we had to crawl to reach the window. The room had no desk or chair, so if you needed to work a bit, your only option was to use the seating in the corridor. The shower setup was a bit unusual for me, and the bathroom would have benefited from a more thorough cleaning.

Väga mugavad voodid ja tekid/padjad. Tasuta parkimine!
Lihtne sisseregistreerimine internetis, sissepääs koodiga.

Cons:

Hommikul, kui koridoris hakkas liikumine, siis oli kõik väga hästi tuppa kuulda.
Ja koristaja tuli juba enne ametlikku check-out aega tuppa korraks :D

Pros:

Stylish, comfortable, good location and personnel. Very delicious breakfast

Cons:

Other guests didn't follow silent time and we could hear them running in coridor around 23.00. + as soon only half of the building is taken and other one is empty, it seemed that locals doesn't know there are people are having rest inside. Some cars came to the parking lot and banged music out loud till 00.00. Otherwise it was a good stay
