Pros:

Calm place on the hill, cozy small pool In front of the hotel. Good views from some rooms of hotel and we had on of the best room in this regard. The room is big enough and clean. Good breakfast.

Cons:

To be honest didn't appreciate the fish dish in the hotel restaurant for dinner, although many people praise it in the reviews. There are a lot of constructions nearby - I hope the locals will be more careful with this - they can spoil the enviroment.

Pros:

Absolutely everything. The best place we stayed in Sri Lanka. The owners are absolutely gorgeous and so accommodating. They are incredible cooks as well. The food was just delicious - we ate there every night. The pool was amazing and bigger than the pictures make it seem. The rooms were very comfortable and we had a lovely balcony and view of the ocean. The location was great, Talalla beach is gorgeous and very quiet. There was a couple little beach bars where we had cocktails at night. Just be careful of sandlfies - wear repellent! Dickwella beach is a short Tuktuk ride. I would absolutely recommend anyone to go to Talalla Leisure - we will be back!!!

Ми зупинилися у Талаллі на 5 ночей, і це було одне з найкращих місць перебування на Шрі-Ланці. Саме ця місцевість ще не дуже популярна серед росіян, тому для тих, хто надає перевагу спокійному відпочинку, для європейців це стане чудовим місцем. Готель розташований на схилі, за декілька хвилин до пляжу. Пляж досить чистий, доступний для плавання і купання через невеликі хвилі, тут немає туристів, які займаються серфінгом і взагалі у сезон пляж був майже пустий у порівнянні з іншими пляжами у сусідніх провінціях. Поруч є велика кількість ресторанів і магазинів. Новий готель, без грибка на стінах від вологості. Кімнати з балконами досить просторі і чисті, велика ванна у якій була гаряча вода. Чудовий вид з балкону на океан, з іншого боку густий сад, де живуть місцеві мавпи. В нашій кімнаті був кондиціонер та чайник з приладдям, воду ми купували самі, і також був відсутній холодильник, але для нас це не було проблемою. Сніданки були смачними проте одноманітними, багато фруктів, але хотілося більше традиційних ланкійських сніданків. Також ми замовляли на вечерю свіжу морську рибу, яку готував власник цього неймовірного місця, що було дуже смачним. До цього місця легко дісталися, а також було без проблем викликати таксі.

A beautiful family run hotel only 5 mins walk to Talalla beach which is so quiet, we almost hall the beach to ourselves!

The hotel is quiet and the family are really kind and do everything to make your stay enjoyable.

We ate dinner on both nights as the food was some of the best we had in Sri Lanka, the owner is an exceptional cook. Highly recommend the fresh cuttle fish, cooked in a banana leaf!

Thank you to the family for helping us enjoy our holiday and escape from Irish winter!

Bedroom with a million dollar view
Pros:

The hosts were super nice, served us very tasty local food. The room facing the sea is very spacious and comfortable.
One of our best stay of our entire trip in Sri Lanka. Great location if you like quietness. Sumptuous Tallala beach only 5mn away.

Great position and warm family
Pros:

There are many things we liked about this place. The room was wide and clean, and the terrace on the garden was great. You could also see the seaside from the side. Position is great: you can easily reach Talalla beach in 5 minutes walk, and it's absolutely worthwhile. The are some waves almost all the time, but the beach is huge and without many people, it is peaceful and nice. The family owning the place is wonderful, warmly welcoming the guests, and trying to support all the time. Food is great, one of the best breakfast we had in Sri Lanka. They also serve dinner. A swimming pool is also available, good size and well kept.

Cons:

It seems there was an issue with water pressure and hot water: there was not much flow in the washroom, and hot water was discontinuous.
There is unfortunately some construction work just in front of it, blocking the seaside view from the terrace at the second floor (eating area).

Très bon emplacement - superbe plage.
Pros:

Super emplacement ! Vue sur mer et on peu aller à une très belle plage (propre, loin de la route, pas d’immeubles) en seulement 10-15min à pied par un petit sentier. Très agréable endroit pour des journées Repos détente plage!!

Das Hotel hat einen wunderschönen Blick aufs Meer. Es war direkt am Strand und trotzdem ruhig gelegen. Das Personal war extrem freundlich und als unsere Klimaanlage nicht funktionierte, kümmerten sie sich direkt darum. Das Essen war mit das Beste was wir in ganz Sri Lanka hatten und wurde wunderbar frisch gekocht.

Cons:

Leider war unsere Matratze so durchgelegen dass wir kaum schlafen konnten. Man hat jede einzelne Feder gespürt. Wir konnten eine Nacht unten schlafen, hier war die Matratze viel besser, nur wurde uns hier ab 6 Uhr morgens von einer Baustelle gegenüber der Schlaf geraubt. Leider alles nicht so ganz optimal und ich musste auf mehreren Kissen schlafen, da die Matratze leider überhaupt nicht ging. Wenn diese getauscht werden, wird es bestimmt besser!

Pros:

La gentillesse de nos hôtes, la piscine ainsi que les petits déjeuners, copieux et qui changeaient tous les jours. La propreté de la chambre.

Cons:

Le lit (sommier) très dur. Place de parking juste pour 1 tuktuk, route d accès en très mauvais état.
