super comfortable and it feels more like a clean modern small home rather than a hostel
Pros:

architectural lightning, lovely minimalistic industrial design and super comfortable bed and pillows. feels more like a modern home rather than a hostel. clean and cozy.

Cons:

the central ventilation in the house and the bathroom was the only issue causing high temperature and humidity, but opening the balcony door resolved the issue as it was cold outside.
the staircase is a bit steep if you're not athletic.

Great location, shops nearby, clean and secure place.
Pros:

It is great location if attending Unibet arena concerts. Otherwise central Tallinn is not far, so everything is in reach. Maxima XXX just accros the road, so easy shopping for snacks, un shopping center as well not far. Balcony was nice option, just would need a chair for that morning coffee. :) was very cute and modern.

Cons:

For me personally the staircase was a bit to steep, but thats personal opinion. Otherwise nothing else.

Pros:

Чисто, уютно, близко к арене, если вы на концерт. Рядом круглосуточная Максима. Бесконтактное заселение - удобно. Персонал не говорит по русски. Для нас это не было проблемой, но если вы не сильны в английском и вам нужно будет решить какой-то вопрос - учитывайте этот факт.

Cons:

Фотографии сделаны в такой перспективе, что создается ложное представление о размере номера. Кровать не дабл, а полуторка. Если вы с партнером крупные - то спать будет не очень удобно. Лестница в лофтах очень крутая - будьте осторожны.

Ha a parkolást meg lehetett volna oldani, elégedettek lehettünk volna

Könnyű volt a bejutás, tiszta és modern épület.

Cons:

A LarsenHub nevű felületen lehetett volna parkolóhelyet igényelni, de senkinek sem működött, pedig több foglalóval is kapcsolatban voltunk. A telefonos ügyfélszolgálaton annyit tudtak mondani, hogy márpedig ott lehet csak parkolót foglalni. Így néztük kívülről a majdnem üres parkolóházat és a közeli lakótelepen vadásztunk magunknak helyeket több száz méterre.
A loftban olyan meredek a lépcső, hogy négykézláb lehet csak felmenni rajta.

A szállás jó helyen van, egy nyugodt lakópark mellett. Jó kilátás. Egyszerű bejutás.

Cons:

"Légkondi", de nem lehet állítani. Nem volt túl felszerelt, és nem főzésre volt kitalálva a szoba. A tűzhely nagyon gyenge volt. A képek alapján bármelyik szoba lehetett volna. Ez így egy gamble.

Проблемы с поддержкой, для резервирования парковки присылают ссылку, в моем случае ссылка не работала, три дня переписывался со службой поддержки, вопрос не решили. В остальном, все соответствует.

Sisseregistreerumine sujuv. Ruumid olid mugavad ja puhtad. Rõdu vastas olid rohelised puud, mis tekitasid hubase loodus viibimise tunde. Hotelli kõrval oli 24/7 toidupood. Hotell asus küll kesklinnast kaugel aga bussiga väga mugav kohale sõita. samas asus majutuse läheduses loomaaed.
