Pros:

Die Lage ist einfach traumhaft , das Hotel wunderschön . Das Frühstück und das Abendessen war sehr gut . Wunderschöne Spa Landschaft , die wirklich ihres gleichen sucht . Toller Whirlpool. Ganz toller Ruhebereich .
Alles im allen hat Hotel extrem viel zu bieten . Wir werden hier bestimmt wiederkommen .

Cons:

Der Innenpool war zu kalt , der Außenpool unsauber und zu kalt, hier haben wir uns mehr erwartet .
Die Zimmer und Möbel in einem Teil des Hotels sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen.

Vorweg muss ich das gesamte Personal wertschätzen. Es waren alle freundlich, nett und zuvorkommend!
Das Hotel sehr abgelegen, erfüllt seinen Zweck - abschalten zu können. Wenn man das will. Der Wellnessbereich ausreichend und liebvoll ausgestattet. Die Zimmer mit alten Möbeln ausgestattet, schafft eine Schloßatmosphäre. Die Bäder in den Zimmern modern und mit allem was man braucht. Alles durchweg sauber. Auch beim Frühstück fehlte gar nichts.

Excellent Wellness Break
Pros:

The staff were super friendly, helpful and professional. Reception staff speak English very well. I was upgraded to a single occupancy double room, I am assuming as it was very quiet. The pool area is warm and clean. The lady in the spa had outstanding English and I recommend getting a massage/ spa treatments. Plenty of parking available. Breakfast buffet is large and varied. Food portions are huge!
Overall, a great and relaxing break.

Cons:

Booking does not offer the packages in terms of board, spa packages that are actually available at the property, it would be good if they could.
