Loved the first night, disappointed now.
Pros:

First night was amazing, great place, great location, great food, great atmosphere

Cons:

Second day, power cut affected the whole town, from 11am nothing was open, not one place was open including our hotel office. We had no power, no lighting, no heating. From 11am and not due back on until midnight. It was getting cold and we had no lighting or heating. We chose to drive home and use the last bit of daylight to do this so we didn't stay the second night. We have emailed about this but received no response.

Pros:

This is a great pub in a quiet little town. The accommodation is very clean and comfortable and the service and food in the restaurant is great.

Great getaway to a small historical town
Pros:

Nice, centrally located with great view of the hills. Walking distance to all attractions. Great restaurant on the property. Staff were awesome!

A very comfortable room behind a nice hotel in Toodyay spoiled by bad room preparation.

The unit was very comfortable and had excellent space and facilities

Cons:

When we arrived we found the unit had a stuck on mouse or rat dropping on one of the tables beside the bed. On the desk and table we found dust which included particles which looked like small particles of tobacco - as if someone had been doing roll-your own cigarettes there. Further, the floor area behind the table did not look as if it had been adequately cleaned. After having cleaned up the dirt ourselves and having raised the issue with the management, we discovered that there was a gap between the wall and the ceiling and it appeared that gusts of wind were continuing to blow dust through that gap.

Beautiful new , clean , comfortable rooms.
Pros:

Ideal location.

Cons:

Lighting in the carport. We saw the bar Staff & said we wanted an evening meal. We went into another room with a fire . After 15 minutes we saw the chairs being stacked & went to order food , to find the kitchen had closed. We then had to go to another Hotel for dinner.

Picturesque stay in the beautiful Toodyay 🍃
Pros:

Our stay in the Mt Anderson room was lovely! It was a freezing weekend, so the air conditioning was a big plus. The kitchenette had all the basics one would need, and the reading nook by the window was so cozy. The balcony was the perfect spot to view the sunrise with a coffee. Everything is within walking distance. All this hotel needs is a brekky included, that would make it perfect!

Cons:

They're upgrading the premises so we had to walk around to get to the restaurant and checkin desk. It wasn't a big deal. We're keen to see what it'll turn into.

The units are quite close together. We would've liked to have a sectioned off balcony, but on the other hand it could be convenient if a group booked both rooms and shared the balcony.

We wanted a reasonably priced nights getaway in a nice environment.

Loved the location, being in town. Loved being able to walk from the restaurant to our room.
