this is a great value and very serviceable option if staying in kinosaki
Pros:

very good value. nice staff. good location for kinosaki onsen. sweet selection of yukata (not just one kind which identifies you to your accommodation)

Cons:

I had some difficulty with card/key - mattresses are basic Japanese futon which can take getting used to
