Das Hotel ist sehr nahegelegen am Flughafen.
Musten eine Stunde warten bis ein Zimmer fertig war. Und das zweite Zimmer wurde erst nach nachfrage von uns einenhalb Stunden zur Verfügüng gestellt.Das Personal war sehr unfreundlich keine Entschuldigung durch verspätüng von den Zimmer und nach dem Auschecken wurde nicht mal nachgefragt ob alles gepasst hat und nicht mal auf wiedersehen wurde gesagt.Sehr entäüschend daher nie wieder werden wir dieses Hotel Buchen.

I would like to thank Nisa Nur and Sarp from the reception, Kubra from the coffee shop, and Tayfun and Ahmet for their support and great service. They were all polite, helpful, friendly, and welcoming.
the room is missing some basic items, such as ceramic coffee cups, water glasses, and ceramic tea cups.
Room cleanliness also needs improvement. The rooms were not properly clean when we arrived, and this is an important basic service that should be provided to every guest.
There is a coffee machine in the room, but there are no coffee capsules. When we asked for them, we were told that there were no capsules available. I believe this should be provided, especially when there is a coffee machine in the room.
Also, there is no luggage storage room where guests can safely leave their bags.
However, I would also like to mention that we had an unpleasant experience with Ebrar in reception when we arrived. Her attitude was not welcoming, and she did not explain the check-in and check-out rules to us in nice way
I believe her behavior and customer service skills should be improved, especially because the front office team is the first point of contact with guests. Her English communication skills also need improvement.

Персонал нам не объяснили что поздний чек аут стоит денег, они взяли с нас деньги за хранения чемоданов. Сами заказали нам тур а потом сказали что, мы оставили им чемоданы. Надо было узнать их имена и девушка и парень те которые работали 5.08.26 года, вы даже не думали о гостей, есть у них денег или нет, не вошли в наши положения... НЕ рекомендую этот отель, полотенца рванные, завтраки ужасно не вкусные!
