Horrible WARNING!!!

I asked refund
We tried to book for five members family. The booking showd that we have to book two rooms (so it would be more expensive) we booked as offerred. When we arrived we saw that in one room was enough beds in one room. But it would have been cheaper so that option wasn't avaliable. To sum up issue: We didn't use the other room. We only used the beesheets and pillows from that room. To cover one bed, that hadn't sheets. It's unclear why we were offered the other room there was large beed for two and three single beds on the room nr 1. So it was enugh for 5 persons.

MOLD! Starting to beesheets, which were smelling out of mold. The room had moldy smell and there was actual moldspots on the curtains, on the toiletres and other pleaces. (I took pictures)
Really stained beesheets and pillows. There was yello stains on the linen, there was yello stains on the pillowcase. One pillowcase was puted on so that the pillow was shown a little bit. It had blood or rust stain on it. It's really NOT OK!!! (I took pictures)

DIRTY, really dirty. We saw a lot of spiderwebs on there. When we opened our curtains in room we saw rubbish it was unspeakable. Buildingrubbish old bike and other things (I took pictures). It was right outside. Not somwhere far. It looked like it was stuff from renovating the room itself and was left there a long time. There was actual rubbish from last quest. The box of candy. It is a clear sign for bad cleaning. I am short but I still noticed the rubbish on the closet. (I took pictures)

BAD COMMUNICATION I had several questions about the room. We didn't get an answer in English. The "hotel" offeres services in international site. They have to be able to communicate also internationally.

I usually am greatfull for every place and don't complain lightly. You can check my reviews to see that I usually positive on my reviews.

But this time I feel unsatisfied in so many levels.
