Pros:

Твърд и удобен матрак, който осигурява добър сън, любезен и отзивчив персонал, много добра чистота и удобно разположение близо до центъра. Спокоен апартамент и коректно съотношение цена–качество.

Cons:

Обзавеждането е остаряло, а разпределението на апартамента не е особено функционално. Телевизорът в дневната е разположен неудобно и трудно се гледа от дивана. В банята абсорбаторът за влага не работеше, а високият праг между дневната и спалнята създава риск от спъване. В спалнята липсват контакти до леглото. Закуската не е включена в цената и ресторантът предлага закуска едва след 09:30 ч., което е неудобно за ранно ставане, въпреки че персоналът прояви съдействие и приготви кафе по-рано.
