bliskość firmy do której często podróżuję

obsługa restauracji.
Odwiedziłem ten hotel 3 razy w ciągu ostatniego miesiąca.
Pierwszy: schodzę na śniadanie, w restauracji "pobojowisko" i brak obsługi, poprzedniego popołudnia były przyjęcia pierwszokomunijne, ale po interwencji w recepcji pojawiła się pani do sprzątania i kucharka ( po 15 minutach dostałem śniadanie)
Drugi: bez problemów
Trzeci: schodzę na śniadanie, tym razem nie ma nikogo w restauracji, kuchni i recepcji. ochroniarz poinformował mnie że nikogo nie ma ,a recepcjonistka będzie za 15 minut. wracam po 15 minutach pani recepcjonistka arogancko z durnym uśmiechem twierdzi, że obsługa kuchni była cały czas. idę do restauracji, pani z kuchni zabiera się za sprzątanie, ale przerywa i twierdzi że przygotuje mi śniadanie w ciągu 15 minut. rezygnuję.

Każdy zasługuje na drugą szansę ( dla mnie ich atutem była bliskość "mojej" firmy) ale tu już więcej się nie zatrzymam.
Gorąco nie polecam !!!

kilka razy korzystałem z usług hotelu i nigdy, jak i tym razem nie natknąłem się na żadne kłopoty.
Pros:

Mimo wielu ludzi na śniadaniu (cały autokar) można było spokojnie zjeść wybrane dania.
