Strongly recommend not to book with The White House
Cons:

They charge the high rate but did not clean the room every day. The attitude of the staff was really bad. Plus I accidentally pressed book then found some other properties in the same building with better facilities but they didn’t let me cancel the booking. They asked for 50% cost for cancellation. When I tried to contact to get 2 rooms next to each other, they could not provide it but straight away asking for payment to secure the room. I lost my key card then left extra 150000vnd to cover that. I still got the email asking to pay more. I told them I don’t mind to transfer the rest but I wasn’t happy with the service they gave. Their room cost 950000vnd which equals to the price of 5* hotel in Tuy Hoa but the facilities and the cleanliness is too bad for what it should be. Meanwhile, I paid only 700000vnd for the bigger room on 26th floor which has washing machine and the lady who manages the room is very nice and helpful. I’m

Superb
Pros:

Modern tower with beautiful view of the city. Spacious rooms and especially nice bathrooms. Close to quite a few nice cafés and within walking distance to the beach and night market. Comfy and large bed. Easy to get a grab/taxi as they tend to hang around the main entrance.

Cons:

The building is somewhat at the edge of the city, with quite a few empty lots around but once they fill in it will be quite central. Currently not all that many food options nearby.

Cons:

This was not part of the hotel and was falsely advertised. Nothing was included and we had to request for everything including clean towels. The room was super small and bed was hard as a rock. None of the hotel amenities were included. It was basically someone’s personal extra small condo that was rented out.
